Coach Wendy and I were introduced to each other through the Better Up program. From our time together over a four month period, Coach Wendy displayed traits of warmth, humility and respect throughout the entirety of our program which instilled full trust to discover possibilities through our coaching conversations. Her patience in navigating conversations while respectfully listening and challenging the thought process to push the outcomes further, were deeply valued in each session.
